By 100%, acquisition, IBSS(International Business Software Solution(IBSS) Inc. New Jersey based IT and ITES Solutions providers become the wholly owned subsidiary of Taksheel Solutions Limited. 

• In 2006, Taksheel is converted into Public Limited Company. 

• In 2007,  acquired a Business Intelligence and Data Warehousing business of Dataformix Technologies Inc.  

• In USA 2009, company has set up a new SEZ unit at Lanco Hills Technology Park Pvt Ltd(SEZ) Hyderabad.

• In 2010, Telecom Software products was acquired from Verisoft Business Solutions Pvt Ltd.

• In 2011, Dis-investment of 100% subsidiary of IBSS(International Business Software Solutions Inc, a New Jersey-USA.

• We received ISO 9001:2008 certification in the year 2011 and we opened a branch office at Singapore.

• On 29th June 2011, we started a non SEZ Software Development Center in Warangal, India.

11th Dec 2013, Hyderabad: ITsAP – The IT and ITES Industry Association of Andhra Pradesh, they announced the 22nd Annual Awards for the Best Software Products, Best Software Services and Best CSR initiatives by IT Companies in AP.  The Awards commenced with a welcome address by Mr. V. Rajanna, President, ITsAP, followed by speeches by Guests of Honor, Sri. G Satheesh Reddy, Director, Research Centre Imarat (RCI), Dr. Omkar Rai, Director General, Software Technology Park of India, Sri. Sanjay Jaju, IAS, Secretary to Govt. of AP, ITE & C Dept. and  Sri. Ponnala Lakshmaiah, Hon’ble Minister for ITE&C, GoAP.

Mr. Pavan Kumar Kuchana - Chairman and Manging Director of Taksheel Solution Ltd, Information Technology based company at Hyderabad, Andhra Pradesh. The 15 year old company is headed by Kuchana Pavan(47 years), a B.Tech engineer from Nagpur. After completing his MCA in Newyork, kuchana founded IBSS in Newjersy.

Later Taksheel company was promoted with his father Ramaswamy Kuchana. Mr. kumar Kuchana says that “I would like to do something on my own and India was the ideal choice for IT companies”. Our company is currently offers financial and wealth management solutions to banks. Insurance, trusts, homes and offices.

In US, Taksheel has around 15 clients, providing wealth management solutions in the presence of telecom, switching management and billing system. Taksheel Solutions also undertakes offshore outsourcing services.

Totally, Taksheel company has generating 8.09 crore and total income of 49.50 crore. For the year end, the company has earned a PAT of 27.41 crore on total income of 147 crore. The EPS for FY11 was 16.51.

The company plans to offer 55 crore shares of 10 each with the price being determined by the book -building mode .PNB investment services a wholly owned subsidiary of Punjab National Bank is the sole Book running lead manager.

The issue will constitute 25.7 percent of the post-paid up capital of the company with the funds being used for setting up two new development centres, SEZ at Hyderabad and Warangal.A portion of the funds would also be used for funding acquisitions and other strategic activities. Analysts estimate the issue size to range between  80 to 100 crore.
